Rules for using meshline.ai. Engagement-specific terms (service-level agreements, deliverables, IP terms, indemnification) are agreed directly with each customer during onboarding and are not reproduced here.

Acceptance
By accessing or using meshline.ai (the "Site"), you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Scope
These Terms cover use of the public Meshline website only. They do not constitute a service contract, a deployment agreement, or a licensing arrangement. The terms governing a Meshline deployment are negotiated directly with the customer during the discovery phase and are documented in a separate engagement agreement.
Permitted use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to violate any applicable law.
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its networks.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission.
- Submit malicious code, malware, or fraudulent briefing requests.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, the Meshline mark, the design system, and the underlying code) is the property of Meshline or its licensors. The Meshline mark may not be reproduced without written permission. You may quote short passages with attribution for journalism, research, or competitive analysis.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vulnerabilities. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
